Failure·Point

AboutFailure·Point

Failure Point is the logbook for people who train brief, hard, and infrequently. One set to failure, progression calculated, rest prescribed. No streaks, no badges, no social feed.

One email at launch. Nothing else.

Why it exists

The method, not the metrics

Most workout apps assume you want to train six days a week and be congratulated for it. Failure Point assumes you'd rather train less — and grow more. It's built around High-Intensity Training: one set to failure, recovery as the variable, progression earned by performance.

Built by a lifter, for lifters

Failure Point is built by Theo for the Mentzer-revival HIT crowd and the anti-gamification lifter. The waitlist is open for iOS and Android. No investors to please, no engagement metrics to chase — just an honest logbook for an honest method.
