Heavy Duty

Heavy Duty is the name Mike Mentzer gave to his system of High-Intensity Training: one set taken to true momentary muscular failure, the use of rest-pause to extend intensity, and frequency reduced until recovery is complete. It is the most uncompromising expression of HIT principles.
